Turn Your Points into Parking Savings with Carpark$
Carpark$ lets you convert your CityNexus Rewards points into parking credits that automatically offset your parking fees when you exit the carpark. Every 200 points can be exchanged for $1 Carpark$, with no limit on the amount you can convert. It’s a seamless, cashless way to make your parking experience more rewarding.
To redeem, simply open the CityNexus app, tap CityNexus Rewards > My Carpark$ > Redeem, and choose how much you’d like to convert before exiting the carpark. Once activated, Carpark$ will be deducted automatically upon exit, with any remaining balance charged to your CashCard. It’s that easy—redeem, park, and drive off with savings.
Carpark$ is available in City Square Mall and Republic Plaza.

Terms & Conditions
Carpark$ may only be redeemed via the CityNexus mobile application.
Redemption is in blocks of 200 CityNexus Rewards points for $1 Carpark$.
Redemption must be completed at least 15 minutes prior to exiting the carpark.
Redeemed Carpark$ shall be automatically assigned to the member’s active vehicle and deducted upon exit.
Any shortfall in parking charges shall be deducted from the CashCard linked to the IU/OBU.
Members may register up to two (2) IU/OBU numbers, with only one IU/OBU active at any time.
IU/OBU changes are not permitted once an activated IU/OBU is detected within the carpark until exit.
Carpark$ shall not be used in conjunction with complimentary or physical parking coupons. Members using complimentary parking must disable Carpark$ prior to exit.
Once disabled, Carpark$ cannot be re-enabled for the same visit. It will only be available again on your next visit.
Carpark$ shall not be used to offset season parking or pre-paid parking charges. Where season parking is detected, Carpark$ will not be deducted.
Carpark$ are valid only at participating CDL properties, namely City Square Mall and Republic Plaza.
Carpark$ are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable.
Unused Carpark$ shall expire automatically after the stated validity period.
In the event of carpark system unavailability or malfunction, parking charges shall be deducted from the CashCard and no reimbursement shall be made.
By redeeming Carpark$, members agree to the participating carpark’s prevailing terms and conditions.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of management shall be final.
