These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of the Mega Movie Pass ("Pass") offered by Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd ("GV"). By purchasing and using the Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Validity and Usage:

• The Pass has a stored value of 4 movie tickets and is only valid for the following 3 movies:

• HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON LIVE-ACTION FILM

• M3GAN 2.0

• JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH

• The Pass is valid till the end of movie’s film run in GV cinemas or till 15 August 2025, whichever is earlier. No redemption can be made after the expiry date.

• It is valid for over-the-counter redemption and online reservation (website and iGV) only.

• No refunds will be provided for any of the tickets purchased using the Pass.

• You may not resell your tickets purchased using the Pass.

• GV reserves the absolute right to immediately cancel, without refund, any Pass where the holder is found to be in breach of these Terms.

• Redemption:

• The Pass is valid for redemption for all days and sessions at all GV locations for traditional halls only.

• It is not applicable for Premium Halls (Gold Class, Gold Class Express, Gemini, Duo Deluxe and Deluxe+, etc...), ATMOS, Premium Priced Films (3D, Concerts, special themed events, movies marked with ^tag, etc...), Film Marathons, Film Festivals, Premieres and bookings of the whole or a substantial part of the hall or any number of tickets exceeding 9 (“Group Bookings”).

• It is only valid for 2D films.

• You can redeem your movie tickets separately and choose from any of the three available titles.

• JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH Premium Redemption:

• Each Pass comes with one (1) JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH crossbody bag.

• JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH crossbody bag is only available for redemption at GV Plaza Singapura from 4 June 2025 onwards. Redemption date will be announced on GV’s social media pages.

• JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH crossbody bag comes in 3 designs (Air, Sea, Land). Each design is given at random and while stocks last.

• No exchange can be done for premiums.

• JURASSIC PARK REBIRTH crossbody bag is not for sale individually.

• Booking Fee and Limitations:

• A convenience fee of S$2 is chargeable per online transaction with a maximum of 4 tickets redeemed for any session.

• The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or for Group Bookings (see Redemption above).

• Liability:

• GV is not liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Pass by the Pass Holder.

• Expiry and Under-Utilization:

• Expired Passes cannot be revalidated or refunded.

• No refunds will be made for under-utilized Passes.

• Amendment of Terms:

• GV reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. We may provide notice of these changes on our website and app and use of the Pass constitutes agreement to the then current Terms.

• Personal Data:

• By purchasing the Pass, you consent to your personal data being used in accordance with GV’s data policy which can be found at HERE.

By purchasing and using the Pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
