Watch a 50kg Japanese bluefin tuna carved before your eyes — all-you-can-eat akame, chutoro, and otoro sashimi, rolled into hand rolls and maki. Beside it, A5 Kagoshima Wagyu sizzles three ways with Wagyu master Shuto Yuno at the helm. Add to the abundance with unlimited oysters, snow crab, prawns, prime roasts, GFM’s pastrami — and finish with durian crêpes made à la minute, mille-feuille, and seasonal fruits flown in from Yamagata.
